We had experiments. One is to make a cheese from milk and other is to make a dried flower from flower at our office with diatomite and studio with EM Diatomite.
In the studio, it had been antioxidation state easily, the milk don't become turn sour and do hasten the fermentation.

Experiment with milk
We compared the change of several bottle of milk at both the studio (right) and office (left). After three weeks, milk at the studio turned into cheese, while it turned sour with putrid smell at the office.
Experiment with dried flower
Although the flower is dried at the studio, we can clearly see the brightly colored! At the office, it became normal dried flower. The color is so brilliant and our staff didn't find it was dried flower.
